The Maine Senate passed LD 2106 \u201cAn Act to Prohibit the Disclosure of Nonpublic Records without Proper Judicial Review.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The Maine Senate passed the measure in a 79-69 vote.<\/span><\/p>\n WMTW reports Democratic lawmakers show the bulk of support for the bill mirroring the deferral sensitive locations policy.<\/span><\/p>\n The bill would restrict federal immigration agents from entering schools, hospitals, and state libraries without a judicial warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n The bill now goes to Gov.
