ICE ordered to halt vehicle stops<\/b><\/p>\n
After 26-year-old Joan Sebastian Guerrero, from Colombia, was killed by an ICE agent, sources say U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been told to suspend most vehicle stops.<\/span><\/p>\n Sen.
