One of those boxes was missing five packets of ballots, totaling 250 ballots.\u00a0On that same day, a woman in Newburgh\u00a0allegedly received five packets of Maine absentee ballots in an Amazon box.\u00a0Bellows confirmed the number of ballots found in Newburgh matched the number missing from the shipment to Ellsworth. Starting last Sunday, the U.S. Postal Service boosted its prices for the holiday season. Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, Ground Advance and Parcel Select will all be affected.
