Southwest Harbor Inn deaths appear accidental, police say
Authorities in Southwest Harbor are investigating what they believe are two accidental deaths at an inn.
On Friday, Southwest Harbor police were dispatched to Lindenwood Inn where two men were found dead.
WABI news reports officials identified the men as 69-year-old Randy Murray of Holden and 69-year-old James King of Southwest Harbor.
Police say the deaths appear to be accidental at the inn on Clark Point Road.

Maine Warden Service conduct search related to 2017 missing person case
On Saturday the Maine Warden Service conducted a ground search in the town of Eastbrook in relation to a 2017 missing person case.
Authorities tell Star 97.7 47-year-old Russell Burnett of Franklin was reported missing to the Hancock County Sheriff’s office on February 23, 2017.
He was last seen or in the vicinity of his residence in Franklin and authorities say it’s believed he left on foot accompanied by his dog.
However, there’s been no signs of Burnett ever since.

Eight people taken to hospital after a car crashed into a home
Early Saturday morning, the Knox County Sheriff’s office responded to a car that crashed into a home in St. George with eight people.
Deputies say out of those eight people it was mostly teens and they believe speed, alcohol and drugs are factors.
WABI news reports at about 12:05 AM, the car failed to make a sharp turn at the intersection of Spruce Head Road and Village Road.
Deputies say the car was driven by 20-year-old Eliza Luce of Union and Luce was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
WABI news reports two 18-year-olds and three minors were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Eastern Area Agency on Aging ‘Access Center’ set to open in Ellsworth
