This Saturday, Nov. 8 you can roll right out of bed and head over to Bar Harbor.

To no surprise, you won’t be the only one in pajamas.

That’s because the Early Bird Pajama sale and Bed races are taking place.

Here’s what Jonathan Robles, the event and marketing manager of the Bar Harbor Chamber of commerce says you can expect!

“It’s just you know, the pajama sale is cozy it’s very you know, if you’re not local and you come and you see this experience you almost feel like you’re part of the town with the locals because they’re so happy and they’re happy to be around,” said Robles.

“It’s kind of just like a time where everyone gets to come out and enjoy the town when it’s a little quieter and it just feels very homestyle. I came as a visitor a few years ago and it was one of the things I absolutely loved and being able to be a part of the community now is extremely special and fun so I urge everyone to come and check it out. The sale starts at 6AM but we also have the Bed races that start at 10AM so it’s just a whole morning of fun.”
