Court documents show why Eliot Cutler was arrested

For the third time in the past five months, former two-time gubernatorial candidate Eliot Cutler is accused of violating his probation.

Cutler was arrested Monday after court documents show Cutler had DVDs containing adult pornography, violating his bail conditions.

Maine State Police reported that Cutler began crying loudly saying he can’t help himself and that he has had this problem for 65 years.
